Ever since we got our puppy home, we have been feeding her raw food from the Pet Grocer. The quality of their food, treats and supplements is exceptional. We have been a regular customer and even after we moved far away from the city, we still come and pick food for our puppy. My little German Shepherd has loved every product I have got from the Pet Grocer. We had no issues with their food. We are a very happy customer and will keep continuing to get food from them. Some of the treats may seem a bit expensive, but so far I have seen their treats are very good quality and absolutely worth it. My dog now can totally differentiate between their treats and other commercial brand treats and she always chooses to eat the ones from the Pet Grocer. The staff have always been very helpful. Since the start of our journey with them, they have always given us good advise and we appreciate it.

This is the only place we buy our dogs food, we have two Chihuahuas everything is natural organic the chews are fantastic it is a little pricey but it’s well worth the effort our dogs have plague free teeth beautiful shiny coats and bright clear eyes and they’re not overweight.

Healthy pet food an treats. Just inside South Melbourne market near the entrance where the dim sims are sold (cecil st). Environmentally friendly, locally produced, no preservatives, and great service!! I love this shop and so does my puppy!!!

The best pet shop in Melbourne. Great selection of healthy treats and food. The owner is so knowledgable and helpful and the customer service is always fantastic. I love the design of the shop too

Oh boi, my cat with sensitive stomach and brutally picky, so we pick beef heart and the freeze dried fish, those two naughty boi were absolute crazy for it😛 I’m glad it went well. …

Awesome store for dogs (and probably cats). All the products are beautifully displayed and kinda looked like the Aesop for dogs. There's a wide variety of natural and healthy treats for pets, frozen raw food (very convenient if you feed your dog raw food), supplements, toiletries (washes, etc.) and accessories. Everything is nicely packaged and not terribly expensive. I bought the elephant fish bites for my dog and he loved it. I love how there's a wide variety of tastes so I can keep my picky dog interested.

After almost fainting that they were no longer in Coventry Street, a quick Google search directed me to Bank St. as always greeted warmly and then enjoyed looking at all the beautiful treats wishing I had enough dogs to buy everything. My favourite place to go for dog treats.
